Effect of coiling temperature on microstructure, properties and texture of deep drawing DP steel

Micro carbon deep drawing steel dual phase (DP) not only has the characteristics of high strength, high initial work hardening rate and continuous yield, also has the deep drawing performance is excellent, the texture optimization is the use of the second phase precipitation to remove dissolved carbon matrix. SeongHoHan makes full use of the low temperature precipitation and high temperature dissolution characteristics of the second phase particles of chromium and molybdenum, and plays the role of the phase transition and the second phase strengthening. The 500MPa deep drawing DP steel has been developed. Yoshida has designed the Nb-Ti system of high strength deep drawing compound steel, the same is the use of Nb-Ti to form the second phase particles to fix the gap atom. Therefore, the precipitation behavior of the second phase particles before heat treatment is very important for the deep drawing performance optimization of deep drawing DP steel.

In order to study the evolution of deep drawing texture, the influence of hot rolling coiling temperature on microstructure, properties and texture of DP steel was studied by using OM, TEM and XRD techniques. The results show that the hot rolled plate is mainly composed of ferrite and pearlite, with coiling temperature, ferrite grain size slightly increased, the elongation increased gradually; the optimum precipitation temperature of molybdenum based carbides in hot-rolled plate is 700 DEG C; compared with 650 and 750 DEG, 700 DEG C plate after annealing can get higher the volume fraction of martensite (4%) and fine (11.7 m) microstructure of ferrite, also has the strongest "111" //ND fiber texture and the weakest {001} < 110 > texture, the tensile strength reaches 455MPa, the plastic strain ratio R value of 1.5.
